1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mccw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mccw website located at https://mccw.bid and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and virtual gaming products.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on mccw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the mccw platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the mccw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and mccw. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of mccw is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. mccw enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all players. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader, matched bettor, or syndicate member whose primary purpose is arbitrage or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from mccw or any affiliated platform through a voluntary self-exclusion request that remains active.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not under the influence of substances that impair your ability to make rational decisions at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions.

mccw takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the point of registration, players are required to confirm their date of birth. Prior to processing any withdrawal, mccw will require the submission of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — to verify that the account holder is aged 18 or above and that the account details match the registered identity. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held pending.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, place bets, or make deposits and withdrawals on mccw, you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration is truthful, current, and accurate.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on mccw. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where mccw identifies that a player holds more than one account, the additional accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated from bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mccw strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password that is not used for any other service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. mccw will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mccw support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Information Updates

If any of the personal information associated with your account changes — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you are required to update your account profile promptly or notify the mccw support team. mccw cannot be held responsible for failed communications, payment processing errors, or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

mccw processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions processed through these methods. All amounts displayed on the platform and all promotional figures are denominated in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on mccw is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mccw does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer charges — please consult your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account terms for applicable fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 6 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account details used for the original deposit, subject to a matching-identity review. mccw reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the identity of the account holder before releasing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount of ৳500.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
• mccw reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activity is suspected, pending completion of an internal investigation.
• Players may not use the mccw platform as a payment processing facility. Any pattern of deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity may result in account review and suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. mccw reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or exploitation of promotional terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Bets placed on a market that is subsequently suspended due to a data error, odds error, or integrity concern may be voided at mccw's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted and settled on the basis of the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that market.
• mccw reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or to decline a bet at any time without providing a reason.
• Duplicate bets placed simultaneously on the same outcome by the same player across multiple accounts will be subject to cancellation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mccw platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using mccw as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activities. mccw complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting syndicates operating through the platform.
• Software Exploits: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal manual human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised payment reversal (chargeback) through your mobile wallet or bank for a deposit that has been legitimately credited to your mccw account. Any account subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

mccw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• mccw has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the account.
• The account holder's identity cannot be verified to mccw's satisfaction following a KYC request.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case mccw will send a notification to the registered email address before any action is taken.
• The account holder has voluntarily requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available on the platform.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your mccw account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from uncleared bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure if the wagering requirement has not been met.

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is suspended or closed as a result of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, mccw reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, mccw may permanently forfeit the balance and ban the individual from registering any future account on the platform. Players have the right to contest a suspension decision by contacting [email protected] with supporting evidence. mccw will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate a final decision within 14 working days of receiving a formal contest.
